John Antwi, President and Director

John Antwi is a mining executive with over 26 years of experience in Mine Technical and Financial Services with a knack for identifying the potential of geologic assets. He is a value driver with expertise in achieving strategic, operational, and financial goals for junior, mid-tier, and senior mining production companies. John is an innovative senior executive with expertise in implementing portfolio optimization initiatives and recommending project development opportunities to support corporate strategic objectives. He began his career by rendering geological services for a gold mining company in Africa and progressed to top performing executive overseeing growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions with multi-billion-dollar organizations in the United States and Canada. Until the acquisition of Klondex Mines by Hecla, John was the Senior Vice President for Corporate Development and Planning for Klondex. .

John currently serves on the American Exploration and Mining Association board and is a founder, President and Director of Elim Mining Limited. Mr. Antwi has a bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering from KNUST, Ghana and a Masters degree in Mineral Economics from the Colorado School of Mines.

Ian McMullan, Chief Operating Officer

Ian McMullan has over 25 years of mining experience in operational and management roles. Ian’s career has advanced through a variety of progressive responsibility roles whilst spanning both underground and surface mining applications in the United States and Canada, including a 20-year tenure with Newmont Mining Corporation. Ian is well versed in planning and execution and throughout his career, has helped companies transform their operations via continuous improvement. Until the acquisition of Klondex Mines by Hecla Mining Company, Ian also served as Vice President, Mining for Klondex.

Ian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from Dalhousie University (Technical University of Nova Scotia) and a Masters in Business Administration from Lansbridge University. Ian is also licensed with the province of Ontario as a professional mining engineer.

Llee Chapman, CFO

Llee Chapman, CFO, is a mining executive with over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. He is a former Regional Vice President, North America for then Newmont Mining Corporation. He was responsible for the development and business planning in the North American Region, including the Capital Effectiveness Program, Accounting, Information Technology and Supply Chain functions. Mr. Chapman is also experienced with mine start-ups and Initial Public Offerings. Mr. Chapman has also held public company CFO level management in positions with Barrick Goldstrike Mines, Apollo Gold Inc., Knight Piesold & Co., Idaho General Mines (now General Moly). He was also involved with the building of the Chimney Creek Mine for Gold Fields. Mr. Chapman began his career at ASARCO Inc. He also served as interim CEO & President of Veris Gold Inc. while rebuilding the Jerritt Canyon Mine.

Mr. Chapman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Idaho State University and is a licensed CPA in Idaho and Arizona.

Douglas Bowden, Vice President Exploration

Doug has over 40 years’ experience in the minerals exploration industry focused on gold, silver, uranium and base metals throughout North America and parts of Mexico. Doug’s career evolved rapidly from field geologist to a variety of management and executive positions with major and junior mining companies. He successfully managed exploration programs for Amselco Minerals, BP Minerals, Kennecott and Western Uranium – managing large projects and directing regional generative programs. Doug served in senior executive positions with Gold Summit, Western Uranium and Concordia Resources. He is a licensed Professional Geologist in Utah and has consulted for junior mining companies since 2012.

Doug holds Geology Degrees from Grand Valley State University (BSc-1974) and Michigan Technological University (MSc-1978). He is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG) and a past officer of the Geological Society of Nevada (GSN).

Travis Snider, VP Sustainability and External Relations

Travis Snider, VP Sustainability and External Relations, is an Arizona-based mining executive with over 20 years of broad industry experience in exploration, production, permitting, development, and consulting for mining companies. With an engineering background, Mr. Snider specializes in developing new mining ideas and opportunities utilizing innovative approaches, particularly in Arizona. Mr. Snider’s focus on sustainability and efficiency has led numerous mining operations to design and implement onsite solar energy projects. Most recently he was the Mining Project Manager at Engineering & Environmental Consultants. Previously Mr. Snider has served as a Director for Alliance Mining Corporation, Elm Tree Minerals, and was on the Board for the Arizona Mining Association. He has also worked for Phelps Dodge Mining Corporation and served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Sierra Resource Group Inc. in restarting operations at the Emerald Isle Mine in Arizona. Mr. Snider also was Vice President of Mining and Oil Operations for the engineering firm, Wilcox Professional Services. Wilcox specialized in EPC services for large industrial projects and specialized in exploration drilling. Along with Wilcox Mr. Snider worked for several other large engineering and environmental firms, including NV5, Kleinfelder and Mactec. While at Mactec, he developed renewable energy projects for mining companies to utilize their lands for energy development.

Mr. Snider holds Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Chemistry from Arizona State University and is part of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration and the Chemical Heritage Foundation.

Alison Dwoskin, Investor Relations

Ms. Dwoskin has more than 10 years of experience in investor relations and corporate communications for publicly traded companies. She began her career at a Toronto-based investor relations firm where she was responsible for the development and implementation of IR programs. She held the position of Manager, Investor Relations at Klondex Mines Ltd. from early 2013 to 2016, followed by IR activities for a Quebec-based gold exploration company. At Klondex, she played a key role in developing and executing the IR and communications plan to support the company’s transition from exploration and development, into a low-cost gold producer.

Ms. Dwoskin graduated with an Hons. BA in Art and Archaeology, and subsequently completed a Marketing Management Certificate. She followed-up her formal education by earning the Certified Professional Investor Relations (CPIR) designation in conjunction with the IVEY Business School and CIRI. She currently serves on the Canadian Investor Relations Institute board of directors.

Anthony Bottrill, Principal Mineral Resource Consultant

Anthony is a Principal Resource Geologist with over 20 years’ experience in the mining industry with expertise across several countries and range of commodities; from low tonnage high grade precious metals deposits to bulk tonnage base metals deposits. He has experience in Resource modeling of underground and open pit targets from exploration through to production, as well as performing production reconciliations and defining drill programs. Anthony is a high-level Vulcan user and is an advocate for practical geological modelling. Anthony was a Senior Resource Geologist with BHP Billiton for the Olympic Dam Copper-Uranium-Gold-Silver Mine and until recently was Corporate Mineral Resource Manager for Klondex Mines Limited.

Anthony is the Principal Resource Consultant for InterGEO Resource Consulting based in Brisbane Australia. He has a bachelor’s degree in Science, majoring in Geology, with Honours focused on Structural Geology from the University of Adelaide. Anthony is a member of the AusIMM.
